Spectator Information

The State Championship Games will be played within the Colonial Arena inside the facility.


TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets are available only on the day of the games at the front desk of the arena, just inside the main entry doors.  All tickets are general admission and are good for all three games being played as part of the State Championships.

Adults = $10

Students = $5

Under 12 = free


PARKING

Ample vehicle parking is available in the lots surrounding the arena and is free to the public.  Spectators are encouraged to park near the main entrance to the arena since tickets are available only inside those doors.  Those trying to enter the arena from the rear entrances without a ticket will be redirected to the main entries.

ADA parking is also available on the side of the building, to the left when facing the the main entrance to the arena.  Those spots are marked accordingly.


SPECTATOR SEATING

All seating inside the playing area is General Admission.  The Flyers Cup Champions will be on the bench nearest the front of the arena, to the left side when facing the benches.  The Penguins Cup Champions will be on the bench to the right.

Spectators should be aware that pucks, sticks, and other equipment can leave the playing surface at any time.  Please be alert play, and please do not view the game in an area that causes you to be concerned for your safety.

Fans are asked not to stand or sit in the areas reserved for media.  No spectators shall be permitted in the locker room hallways throughout the day, and at no time is any spectator permitted on the ice surface for any reason.


BROADCASTS

The TribLive High School Sports Network will be providing live (and on-demand) broadcasts of all three championship games.  There is no fee to view these broadcasts.  TribLive HSSN owns exclusive streaming rights to all championship games, so no other live broadcasts or streams of the games is permitted by any entity.  If a media outlet is interested in filming the games for other purposes, that group should be in contact with the PIHL Commissioner’s Office at least 24 hours prior to the game.

PHOTOGRAPHY

There will be an official photographer on-site to take team pictures and live action shots for all three games.  Information on purchasing photos can be found here: David Hague Photography

No other commercial photography -- including sales of any kind -- is permitted.  No spectators nor unapproved photographers will be allowed on the ice, near the bench areas, or in the locker room hallways at any time to take pictures.


POST-GAME CELEBRATIONS

The presentation of the State Championship trophy to the winning teams will take place on the ice immediately following each game.

No spectators are permitted on the ice at any time during the post-game celebrations.  Credentialed media will be allowed on the ice surface during the post-game ceremonies only with prior consent of the Championship Committee.   

A championship social will take place in the Hat Trick Club of the arena after each game.  Spectators for the winning team are welcome to attend this event and take pictures with the players and trophies.  The Hat Trick Club can be accessed by exiting the front of the building and walking to the left-rear of the facility, closest to the river.
