The PIHL has released the 2018-19 Regular Season schedule for the 160 Varsity, JV, and Middle School teams that will compete under the PIHL umbrella this season.

The PIHL will be comprised of 56 Varsity teams, 47 JV teams, and 57 Middle School teams.  A total of 1,297 games will take place during the regular season.  The JV and Middle School levels begin on September 17, and Varsity games start on October 1.  The regular season will end on February 21 for Varsity and March 1 for JV and Middle School. 

Varsity playoffs begin with play-in games on February 28, followed by first-round games the week of March 1.  The Penguins Cup Finals and D2 Championship will take place at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex on  March 18 and 19. 

The PIHL Penguins Cup Champions will then be hosting their cross-state rivals for the PA State Championships.  The Flyers Cup Champions will travel to Pittsburgh and battle for state bragging rights on Saturday, March 23 at the RMU Island Sports Center. 

The JV/Middle School Tournament will run from March 11 through March 28 at various rinks in the Pittsburgh area.
