The PIHL All-Star Games will be played within the Colonial Arena inside the facility.

No parking is reserved for scouts since there is ample vehicle parking in the lots surrounding the arena, which is free to the public.  ADA parking is also available on the side of the building, to the left when facing the the main entrance to the arena.  Those spots are marked accordingly.

If supplies for your informational table need to be unloaded upon arrival, you may temporarily park along the curb in the circle outside of the Hat Trick Club entrance, which is in the back-left of the building when facing the main entrance.

No pre-registration is required of scouts for this event, but all scouts members must sign-in upon arrival at the venue.  The sign-in area will be located in the back of the main lobby of the venue, near the entrance to the locker room hallway.  All scouts must present some form of identification that links the person to the team he/she is representing.  Each person will then be issued an event credential to gain free access to the games.  Please wear your event credential at all times while in the facility.

Scouts are free to sit or stand anywhere in the general seating areas of the facility.  The seating sections at the south end of the rink, opposite the Hat Trick Club, will be reserved for credentialed guests, so scouts are encouraged to use that area.  Scouts may also view the games from the Hat Trick Club.

We ask that scouts do not take seats within the media area at the top of the general seating section in order to provide enough space for those broadcasting and covering our games.

The event credential issued to the scouts must be worn at all times while in the arena.  This credential grants free access to the reserved seating section and general seating areas throughout each of the four all-star games, as well as to the Hat Trick Club.

The locker room areas are restricted as a safety measure for the players and to limit distractions to the athletes.  Scouts will not be given access to the locker room hallways for the purpose of contacting players prior to their game, but the locker room areas will be opened to those with proper event credentials following each game.  The coaches from the teams will remain outside of their locker rooms after the games to assist the scouts in summoning a player out of the locker room.  For player safety, no scout is to enter a locker room at any time nor for any reason, and no scout is to be taking pictures nor video in the locker room hallways.  The PIHL event staff will be monitoring these areas to ensure player safety and the privacy of minors.

The ice surface during the event shall only be accessed by Team and Staff personnel, as designated on the credentials.  Scouts will not be permitted on the benches nor ice surface at any time nor for any reason.

College teams who wish to reserve a table in the Hat Trick Club for the College Expo must contact the PIHL ( no later than Friday, January 24th at 6:00 PM.  Each team will be given on one, standard-sized table in that area at a location designated by the PIHL.

Teams that cannot send a representative to the event or cannot be present for the earlier games in the event can provide a small amount of informational materials to be placed on a designated table at the event.  Please contact the PIHL ( to make these arrangements.

At the event, teams with reserved tables are encouraged to have someone manning those tables within 15 minutes of the conclusion of each game.  The players from those games will be encouraged to go to the Hat Trick Club with their families to participate in the College Expo and meet representatives from the college teams.
